Univations GmbH is a technology transfer and project management institution bridging the gap between industry and academia.

As an affiliated institute of Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg (MLU), it provides research- and technology-related services, particularly for innovative spin-offs from universities, colleges, and non-university research institutions, as well as for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

Its core business activities lie in the areas of innovation, technology, and start-up management (including start-up and growth financing consulting) as well as traditional project management (development, application, implementation, management, and accounting of (funded) projects).
