Polymer Service GmbH is a research-oriented service company for plastics producers, processors and users.

Founded in 2001, PSM focuses on the following areas:

Plastics testing and diagnostics
Instrumental plastics analysis and polymer synthesis
Plastics processing
Weathering and resistance testing
Elastomer modification and elastomer and film testing
Failure analysis

PSM integrates an independent expert office staffed by two publicly appointed and sworn experts from the Halle-Dessau Chamber of Industry and Commerce. These experts conduct damage analyses, prepare expert reports, certify products according to the RAL "Blue Angel" ecolabel, and act as expert witnesses for courts and insurance companies.

Plastics are tested in the accredited "Mechanical Testing of Plastics" laboratory.
