Train and develop skilled workers!

As a training and further education provider, the BTZ has been a partner to industry and a contractor for publicly funded education for over 25 years. The BTZ has established itself as a competent training center in metal technology, including machining and welding, electrical engineering, control engineering, plastics and rubber technology, and interior design.

On behalf of the training companies, we support the trainees until they successfully complete their apprenticeships. The excellent material and technical equipment in our workshops guarantees a sound training program.

In adult education, the BTZ offers, among other things: authorization certificates (forklift, crane), electrician for defined tasks, CNC specialist, industrial master in metal, electrical engineering and plastics and rubber technology, training of trainers (AdA).

Modular training courses in all areas – including in-house training – complement the diverse range of training programs.

The DVS welding training center is the "welding expertise center in the Harz Mountains," offering tiered training in electric arc, gas, TIG, MAG, and MIG welding, as well as flame cutting and brazing. Refresher courses for all welding processes are held monthly.
