Nanostone Water produces extremely fine-pored ceramic ultrafilter membranes for municipal and industrial water and wastewater treatment. The ISO 9001-certified production of the modular filter systems, as well as the central research and development, are located in Germany, while the company headquarters are in the USA. In 2019, Nanostone Water GmbH was recognized as one of the TOP 100 innovators in Germany.
